Warm Day ride to Barbers
It's too warm not to ride! 75* and pure sun in January. New Scorpion helmet is on the seat. Barbers seemed like a great place to chill for about a half an hour. There weren't any vehicles "racing" around the track. A quiet moment.

Penguins fans waiting in line...
I went with a group of friends to the Pittsburgh Penguins-Atlanta Thrashers hockey game at Phillips Arena in downtown Atlanta on November 13th. We were waiting in line for about 15 minutes before the doors opened at 6pm. Game was at 7pm.

The Penguins won 4-2. The 4th goal was junk because the goal was empty. I really liked the suite. Easy to move around... the TV set made it easy to keep up with replays and football games...

Burned up Stator
The coils at the 2 O'clock position and the 10 O'clock position have a little bit of build-up but the Mechanic said the ground was happening on the inside. It charged when he first got it. He rode it a while to warm it up and it would only charge slightly.

This is the bad stator from my VStrom (DL1000K5).
It goes inside the engine case right above it (round part).
The headlights would suddenly dim.. then return.
I had to take it to the shop when the battery died and the new one wouldn't charge. The new battery would even discharge in 3 hours when the ignition OFF-key out.
